Big Discounts on Social Media Success Summit 2014
I attend somewhere around 10 conferences a year, but only one of those conferences, Social Media Success Summit, is both inexpensive, and 100% online. Not only that, but registration comes with access to all the recordings so you can go back to review your favorite sessions, or attend sessions you missed during the live presentation. Even the full registration price of $697 is well worth the cost, but as with most conferences, early bird discounts are available. For example, register on or before September 5 for only $347, a savings of 50%. And if you’re hesitant about the commitment, the conference comes with a 3-day satisfaction guarantee…if you feel the content isn’t worthwhile, you can easily get a full refund. Personally, I don’t think they get many refund requests!!
Why you should attend
New social media platforms keep popping up everywhere and it is never easy to tell which ones are here to stay or which ones are best for your specific purposes. Wouldn’t it be great if you could access dozens of experts on the subject and get their take on which path to follow? Well you can! The Social Media Success Summit of 2014 is just around the corner. It is your chance to get the latest information regarding social media and its prominence for business opportunities all from the comfort of home or beach or your local coffee house. You guessed it—the conference is online. Sessions range from beginning topics to the very advanced, meaning you can jump right into the schedule at an appropriate topic, then go back later to review more advanced topics. I even use this conference to confirm and augment the social platform classes I run for both Society for Technical Communication and for IconLogic.
Speakers
Over 40 practical, action-oriented sessions will be at your disposal. In March, Michael Steizner (founder of the Social Media Examiner) dug deeply into the seven trends we should all be making note of, including items like the rise in both the use of blogging and podcasting to reach greater audiences. In October, he will present How to Succeed by Continuously Showing Up: Drip Feed Marketing. Another speaker from the March 2014 event is Mari Smith, author of The New Relationship Marketing and co-author of Facebook Marketing: An Hour a Day. Mari will teach you How to Build Powerful Relationships on Facebook and Beyond. CEO of PureMatter, Bryan Kramer authored There is No More B2B or B2C: It’s Human to Human #H2H and will present How to Take Control of Your Social Body Language to Maximize Your Social Brand. There are way too many speakers or presentations to go into here, but suffice to say it will be worth investing in. Over 3000 people agreed in March. I imagine the October conference will far exceed that number. As many have said before me, it is important to be adding valuable content to the community and these speakers are a great example of that. Inspiration is not always an easy thing to come by but it can work magic when it does. Don’t miss out on this wonderful learning experience. If you are interested in attending or learning more, click Social Media Success Summit 2014. And don’t worry, if you don’t make it in time for the July 11 price, the links still work; you’ll just get less of a discount. In fact, last year I paid substantially more just because I kept dragging my feet instead of registering!
