Basic FrameMaker. For new users and those looking to improve speed and efficiency with any version of FrameMaker. Includes reference book. (choice of version)
FrameMaker Template Design. For experienced users looking to refine existing workflow and formatting. Students work on their own template and leave with a finished product. Includes reference book. (choice of version)
FrameMaker Digital Publishing. This jam-packed three week mini course shows you how to produce mobile/online content from FrameMaker, including formatting the output and producing custom mobile applications.
Basic Structured FrameMaker.This course teaches the same concepts as the Basic FrameMaker course, but for structured authoring environments. Includes workbook.
FrameMaker Structured Template Design. This course shows you how to create and manage structured content models with FrameMaker. Includes workbook.

Screencasting/Video

Screencasting Master Class

Learn how to identify the best content for screencast production, properly scope the goals of the video, and rapidly create a professional screencast video.

You'll learn the techniques I've used to produce over 50 new feature and integration videos for Adobe Systems.

These are the same techniques I use to produce videos for corporate clients and course videos for Tech Comm Tools.

This course has no specific prerequisites, but a fast computer and decent computer headset or microphone are recommended. All necessary software can be downloaded as trials for the course.

Learn to author topic-based content and create sophisticated online and application-based help for your software products. Includes workbook and exercise files.

This content is the same as my live 3-day RoboHelp training class that I've taught over 100 times, but spread out comfortably over six weeks, giving you a chance to work on projects during the course.

Captivate

Learn to produce eLearning demonstrations and simulations.

This content is the same as my live 2-day Captivate training class that I've taught over 100 times, but spread out comfortably over six weeks, giving you a chance to work on projects during the course. Includes workbook and exercise files.
